My Story: From Grandmother’s Kitchen to Culinary Arts
I grew up perched on a stool in my grandmother’s farmhouse kitchen, watching her transform humble ingredients into magic. She taught me that food isn’t just fuel—it’s love, memory, and story. But I also knew that the world was evolving, palates were changing, and comfort food deserved a seat at the modern table.
That curiosity led me to formally study Culinary Arts and Food Science at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, followed by a Master’s degree in Gastronomy and Food Innovation from the University of Copenhagen. I didn’t stop there—I earned certifications in Nutritional Biochemistry and Recipe Development from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, ensuring that every elevated dish I create isn’t just delicious, but thoughtfully balanced.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve worn many aprons:
